Festival Season 2026

Dear Musicmakers, Drummers and Singers
I hope you are all well, weathering the storms, although today is a beautiful Friday and the forecast for the weekend is excellent – about time I say, we had had some cold and windy days all through the first part of the year 2026.
I have had hardly any circle activities this year, unusual for me but then I did spend 2 weeks in Bournemouth hospital in March – just after my birthday, I had a few fainting moments and ultimately was rushed to hospital – a ruptured ulcer. I had wondered why I had not felt up to scratch for a while. Mind over matter I thought, but sometimes that is not wise. I had obviously been lacking experiences, had never been in an ambulance (be careful what you wish for) and underwent a complete MOT over 2 weeks, some blood transfusions and investigations which revealed the cause of my various unwellness symptoms. It was a surprise, as I eat well and try to live as healthy as I knew how. Anyhow I am learning, about health and wealth and when they say ‘Your health is your Wealth’ I now hear it! All that studying and experiencing took its toll I suppose – I guess it all started around 6 or 7 years ago…
Anyhow, I am feeling much better and Henny my Homeopath has been brilliant in assisting my return to wellness! I am back to singing with friends and having fires in the garden – I have not planned any private circles ahead but Festival season has started and I am looking forward to these 2 events.
You do not need any experience in drumming or singing to be in my circle, although it does help if you tap your foot to music! It’s fun, rhythmic, healing and lifts the spirit! Every circle is different and I believe we all sat in circles in times past!
Both are held in the fields of Gaunts House, Petersham Lane, Wimborne BH21 4JQ
Circle Saturday and Sunday in the Shamanic Woodlands, Saturday 12-13.00 and Sunday 13.30-14.30.

Sounds Beautiful Festival - 26th of June until 28th of June - 4 day awake festival with bands, DJ's, Speakers, Healing, Workshops, Kids Area, Bars and Cafes.
