Live Medicine - Musical Journeys

 We had a lovely session at the Retreat on the 29th August – musical journeys, improvisation and fun. A Sunday afternoon in November feels like a good time to gather in rhythm – no experience is necessary, it helps if you like tapping the kitchen sink to music, if it resonates, this is a lovely way to spend an Autumn afternoon amongst friends, largely nonverbal. I am sure there will be some talking but the aim will be to be musically creative with a little guidance from me, if at all necessary. These sessions are fun if you like sharing your musical spirit. I shall bring my singing bowls and Gong to add a sound journey.
