Full Moon Spring Equinox EVENING at Gaunts House with Heike and Scania

Come and join us on the Full Moon Spring Equinox 20th March at Gaunts House in the Theatre for an evening of Gongs, Drums and Fire. Spring Equinox 2019 in Northern Hemisphere will be at 21:58 on Wednesday, 20 March

We welcome you into the space to warm teas, allowing yourself to arrive . We then go into a Gong Session with Scania allowing our bodies and minds to relax and just be.

As we awaken, noticing the changes in us and step into the next part of the evening with our drumming circle with Heike, allowing the ritual of sound to flow through us. Connect with each other in rhythm, harmonize and relax into play. Heike will bring all varied instruments - if you want to bring your own drum please do.

We finish with the opportunity to use the ritual of fire on the Spring Equinox to breathe life into the intentions set at Winter Solstice and create and breathe life into any new ones since. A cauldron will be lit and paper offered if you wish to release your intention into the fire.
