Come and join us for an evening of Gongs and Drums in Poole, a new venue for us.

Arrive 6:45 for a prompt start of Gong bath at 7 PM. Please note - once the gong session has started, no late comers can come in and you will have to wait till the Gong Session ends to access the drumming.

We allow our bodies to relax and just BE. As we awaken from our gong bath, noticing the changes in us, we step into the next part of the evening with our interactive drumming and music circle with Heike, allowing the ritual of sound to flow through us.
